Here is a great sounding milkshake recipe from Sheri, one of her entries into the Gimme Recipes! Contest. Remember, you can enter as many times as you have great, healthy recipes!
1 regular (small) tub of organic vanilla yogurt
FROZEN fruit (I usually toss my really old/ripe bananas in the freezer, I get strawberries and blueberries during the season – toss them in the freezer) kept on hand
1 tbsp of (real) vanilla
milk (I usually add enough milk to ‘liquefy’ to contents)
Put it all in a blender until thoroughly blended (no chunks, kids don’t like chunks in their milkshake) you can also pour the contents into Popsicle holders and freeze!
