The last couple of nights on the CBS Evening News, Katie Couric’s investigative reports gave some excellent arguments on why it’s important to keep antibiotics out of our meat. I wanted to share the video with you here in case you missed it. Neither video is long, and both are well worth the few moments to watch. Let me know what you think.

It’s easy to find meat without antibiotics. As mentioned in the second video, you’ll easily find meat without antibiotics just by reading the label. Any farmer raising animals without them will proudly state so on their packaging.
