This School Year Can Start with Good ConcentrationYes, it’s that time of year when parents start taking their kids school clothes shopping, backpacks are dusted off and put in order, and the children start bemoaning that ever-approaching first day of school.  Perhaps you have a child who’s a bit of a daydreamer, and you’re not really looking forward to the battles to “pay attention!”  I was one of those kids – staring out the windows at the trees when I should be paying attention to that day’s math lesson.  Wishing I were a bird, an elf, a panda bear – anything that would get me out of multiplication tables.  Perhaps I would have benefitted from Bach Kids “Daydream Remedy”.

If you’ve not heard of Bach Flower Remedies, they’re really fascinating.  A line of homeopathic drops developed by Dr. Bach over 70 years ago, these safe and effective formulas are sold in over 66 countries today.  The Bach Kids formulas are alcohol-free and are all-natural, safe, and won’t cause drowsiness or side effects.

When it comes to homeopathic remedies, I don’t pretend to get it.  They fascinate and confuse me; I can’t seem to wrap my head around the “why’s”, yet I know they work.  I’ve used Bach Flower Remedies myself, and it’s hard to believe just a few tiny drops of liquid in a glass of water can actually make the difference it does!  Yet I’ve witnessed it myself time and again, so there are always a selection of Bach bottles in our cupboards.

Bach Kids Flower Remedies include: Rescue Remedy which is good for stress, anxiety, impatience, irritation, inattentiveness, and irrational thought; Confidence Remedy which helps in overcoming self doubt and a lack of confidence; and Daydream Remedy which… oh, look at the pretty butterfly out the window!  Did you see…  ahem.  Excuse me.  Daydream Remedy which I apparently need.  It’s made just for kids who experience a lack of concentration.

The wonderful people at Bach have offered to give away a goodly number of their new Daydream Remedy, and I figured what better time to share with my readers than in time for the new school year?  So this go-around, THREE winners will win THREE bottles each!  That’s enough for your kid and perhaps a couple others that daydream around him in class.  Or your friend’s daydreamer, or your coworker or yourself…

For this giveaway, I’d like to ask you to visit Bach’s site, but I’d also like to ask you to tell me about the daydreamer in your life.  Is it your child? You? I promise to pay close attention.  Really.  I took my Daydream Remedy.

  3. Wanting to make his flower essences more available to the general public, Dr Bach enlisted the help of Nelsons Homeopathic Pharmacy in London back in the 1930s. Under his instruction, they began to make and sell stock remedies from the mother tinctures he supplied. In 1990 this relationship was formalized and since then Nelsons (the Pharmacy’s parent company) has been responsible for all the bottling and distribution of the remedies.

  4. I like the Bach Kids Confidence Remedy. I didn’t realize this remedy existed. I will have to keep it in mind next time one of my girls fears failure or is lacking confidence! Thanks!
