You know what your mom always said: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” Then why are you scarfing down cold coffee and a stale bagel? Today we’re preparing to give away one bag of my favorite flavor, Mango Agave, from Bear Naked’s new Native Granola line. I practically inhaled this bag of granola. While you could easily eat it straight from the bag while driving the kids to school, I’m a cereal freak and ate most of it swimming in my homemade soy milk. I eat raison bran and whole wheat toast every morning. I aim is to eat fibre and a well rounded meal. I like my carbs in the morning. I would like to upgrade to something more healthy and sugar free.

I generally eat a bowl of Total or a a bowl of Kashi with skim milk, but that is during warm weather, cold weather I like oatmeal. Sometimes I throw in yogurt, I could use an added fruit, or even probably more nuts or protein. for sure more fruit though. and more Vit D and Calcium.

I usually eat peanut butter on toast and milk, or eggs, toast and milk. I need to improve by having more variety in my breakfasts. Granola would be a good idea!
I eat a cup of non-fat yogurt and drink a pot of tea every morning. I probably need to cut down on the tea and add some fruit to my breakfast.
i mostly eat whatever i can cook really fast, like an omelet or pancakes with a cup of coffee. i wish i had more grains, fruit and dairy in my breakfast meals.
I change what I have for breakfast every day. Sometimes a peanut butter banana smoothie, oatmeal banana pancake and various oatmeal toppings. As for improving my breakfast, I would say I need to get some chocolate protein powder to use instead of chocolate syrup. I ran out LOL

Honestly I usually eat bacon and eggs
whatever box of cereal we have, and yogurt- weekends are pancakes and sausage and big meals but most of the time its just cereal and yogurt or a fruit smoothier shake with granola

I normally have cereal, sometimes with fruit, always with milk. I try to drink some orange juice every morning too.
My cereal choices range from the very bad (sugar frosted corn flakes) to the very good (all natural raisin bran).

First off, I love the new blog look! And for breakfast I usually have small amounts of a number of things, like a waffle with strawberries, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 cup yogurt, and 8 oz. strawberry banana smoothie. Granola with yogurt.
i generally eat a cup of yogurt and some berries (fresh or frozen) during the weekdays. However what I need to improve is the weekends, we get donuts on Saturday, every Saturday lol
For Breakfast? I have a coffee or two. I usally eat a nutritious bar at around 11:30-12:00.

Apple cinnamon! I am a flight attendant and it is nearly IMPOSSABLE to find healthy food that I can take easily with me so this would be great for me. Usually I eat some Kashi product, seriously since I am training for a series of 5K’s bu I have had Bear Naked products and they are GOOOOD!
I had Special K this morning but I don’t always eat healthy cereal.
Almost every day I have a whole wheat bagel w/soy butter. If I don’t have much appetite or know I am going to eat heavy that day I eat a small can of mandarin oranges that I have rinsed in a strainer.

Yum! I love cereal but I rarely eat it for breakfast. It is a snack food for me. I do not have one particular thing that I eat for breakfast. I just recently started having breakfast other than a cup of coffee. Lately I have been eating either a banana with peanut butter or sliced cantaloupe or applesauce.
