Cheesy Cauliflower ‘n Corn Mashwater, for boiling1 head cauliflower, cut in florets1 cup frozen corn, thawed1/4 cup milk1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp. saltfresh cracked pepper, to tasteIn a large pot bring enough water to cover cauliflower to a boil and let cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and place into a medium mixing bowl, also adding corn, milk, parmesan and salt. Using an electric mixer on low or a potato masher, blend mixture until smooth, or desired consistancy.Prep: 5 minutesCook: 15 minutesServes: 4-6
















This is so yummy. If you like the taste of garlic add garlic salt instead of regular salt. Also, play with cheeses. We love colby cheese on this.
