So I’ve put together a little lavender duo for one lucky dkM reader: a 4 oz. bag of dried lavender buds and a 1-oz. bottle of lavender essential oil. This bag of lavender buds gives you enough to make a few sachets, perhaps pour some in a beautiful bowl in your living room, even brew some tea. The essential oil can be added to your wash load (just a few drops in the rinse cycle), a couple of drops in the bath for a relaxing soak, or for a deep sleep, place a little in your humidifier’s vaporizer reservoir.

I would love to try the Lavender Dream Stick Essential Stick. Before bed I inhale from a lavender sachet pillow and I go right to sleep. Lavender is my favorite!
