Jennifer submitted this recipe for the Gimme Recipes! Contest, and it sounds great! I’ve got to brush up on my tortilla making skills. Nothing like homemade!
Fruit Salsa With Cinnamon Tortillas
1 lb. of strawberries
1 carton of raspberries
1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 tsp sugar
10 10 inch all natural tortillas
1 tbs butter
1 tsp cinnamon , 1/4 tsp sugar mixed together
Cut fruit and place in a large bowl. Add sugar and cover and chill in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and brush onto tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cut tortillas into wedges. Bake for 10, or until crispy, like chips.
Cool chips and serve with fruit salsa.
