		<description>Hi Tara!  I&#039;m glad you&#039;re enjoying the info!  For the rosemary tea, I usually use about 1 to 1 1/2 cups water, bring it to a boil, then turn the heat off and add the tea strainer with about a teaspoon of tea in it.  I just use a mug for steeping and put a little dish on top, but you can use a saucepan, a teapot - whatever you have handy.  Really not much of a science to it, and I change what I do a lot. Just give it a few hours to overnight to steep, and you&#039;re all set!  Let me know how it works for you!</description>

I do not know much about making tea however and need a little clarification.   How much water do you boil and what type of covered container do you let it steep in?
