More than a quarter million pounds of meat and poultry are being recalled across the U.S. today. This meat may contain the harmful bacteria Listeria monocytogene which can be deadly. This meat is coming from Gourmet Boutique in Queens, NY, and has been used in products by Archer Farms and Jan’s, makers of frozen burritos and wraps.If you have food safety questions, you can use the USDA’s automated system called “Ask Karen.”
I’ve found a list of the recalled meat products that you should check if you suspect you have any of them in your house.
