		<description>I recently was given a recipe that I changed a little to make it more Tom friendly, but this is a great recipe. I just remove the tofu from any recipe first. I love mushrooms.

		<description>What a coincidence that I made Miso soup tonight.  It&#039;s really good on a cold day.  I think the miso really warms you up, especially if you add a little ginger.  I make a baked tofu with a miso sauce that is soooo good.  It&#039;s a little like General Tso&#039;s sauce.
