Numi Flowering Tea Gift Set Giveaway
Find More Giveaways, Coupon Codes & Our Readers’ Giveaways!
Congrats to Angelface, winner of a beautiful tea set! Enjoy a cup on us…
Numi is one of my most favorite organic teas. Their flavors are so clean and smooth, and everything they stand for I can happily wave a flag about. Not only are they organic, but they’re fair trade as well. And the quality? I recently got to try their Flowering Tea Gift Set, and I’m in Numi love all over again! I’m very excited to be giving away a Gift Set to one of you because their flowering teas are absolutely beautiful. This gift set comes in a bamboo case that houses a little glass teapot and a smaller bamboo case filled with 9 totally different flowering teas.
I’ve never tried flowering teas, and I wondered if it was worth all the hype. I can’t speak for any other brand, but Numi’s are mesmerizing! If you have someone on your gift giving list that needs something soothing and relaxing, this would be the perfect item. Watching a tea flower bloom is like a small firework in slow motion. The tightly packed tea leaves are arranged together in a beautiful pattern, usually with an herbal flower inside, that opens slowly when covered in hot water. Numi says you can steep the flower up to 3 times (giving you 27 pots of tea in this one set), so I tried doing three pots on one flower. I was surprised that there indeed was enough tea to produce three enjoyable pots. And yes, these teas are every bit as fabulous as their others!
An added bonus to this beautifully presented set are the two bamboo containers. Both can be reused for any number of purposes; I immediately filled the larger one with all my essential oil supplies. And since you can always buy more flowering teas from Numi, the teapot will always come in handy!
Are you ready to try some flowering teas? Here’s your chance!

Yum..black iced tea sounds delicious, i would love to try it…:
This brisk, classic iced tea has a refreshing citrus taste. Fair Trade Certified™ Oothu (pronounced oo-too) is an organic black tea from India, produced on a biodynamic tea garden using sustainable agricultural methods. We have blended this tea with real lemon, orange and lime. Robust with zing, Citrus Black releases that just-squeezed zest.

I’m more of a morning coffee drinker, but would love to try the flowering teas. On their site I found their Iced Teas interesting as I drink iced tea everyday in the summer. Made with organic whole-leaf teas, herbs and fruits ever found in an iced tea package. Sounds thirst quenching and delicious!
December 5th, 2008 at 11:27 am
I first tried flowering teas on a trip to Singapore and had no idea that Numi, one of my favorite tea brands, sold them. They aren’t at my local grocery stores yet though so it is nice to know I can get them online.

I would love to give my daughter the Iron Tea Pot. She would love it.
I do have a small piece of advice for the store. Your colors are pretty, but sometimes hard to read, especially in the Shopping Cart area. I suggest making them a bit more contrasting.
Also, while I did love the iron tea pot, I had no idea how much it cost, which is why I went to the shopping cart. I don’t think everyone that comes to your store will take the time to investigate that long. If there is no easy way to see the price, they just might move on.
Thanks for the contest!

I love the Bamboo Flowering Tea Gift Set, The Dancing Leaves Teapot, and the Velvet Flowering Tea Chest They would make sensational gifts. My sister-in-law received one for Christmas last year (held at her house) and we all crowded into the kitchen to watch the glorious unfolding flower and enjoy the lovely fragrance. I would love to give her another gift set this year - AND (surprise) I would also love to give a gift set to my darling husband who has become a real tea aficionado!

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on which Numi Tea Jasmine Pearls to buy. I’m thinking of getting it from a site my friend recommended DealsShoppie.com. Its got some funky reviews too.
