Spinach Soup Recipe

Spinach Soup 

6 cups of water
bouillon cubes (enough for the 6 cups of water)
1 cup dry pasta

In a blender:

Fill with fresh spinach
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
1 tsp basil
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
lots of garlic (5+ cloves)
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 of oil (I only use grapeseed oil)

Boil stock. Once the water boils, add about 1.5 cups of the stock to the blender.  Then add your favourite pasta to the boiling water until cooked. Puree all the contents of the blender until liquefied (well blended)… then pour the oil in the blender and blend for 1 minute.  Recipe time 10 minutes!
