Wow (and flutter)… I am so glad to hear you talk about this. Well relieved I should say: I’m a serious life long tinnitus sufferer – too many years of exuberant youthful musical outpourings and worse than that – cranked headphones! I’m told there’s no cure, no remedies that work. I’ve stopped drinking entirely, minimized salt and coffee, the works… Still hearing hell’s bells.

Very helpful post, thank you. There is indeed a condition that can lead to hearing loss due to a diet too high in sodium. I do like to try and go the natural route first and will be keeping these tips in mind. Thanks.
