		<description>I have also heard that some essential oils make skin photosensitive and can cause sunburns.  I guess the good news is that lavender essential oil is good for treating sunburn :)</description>

I&#039;ve used balms with orange oil in it, or you can also mix the sweet orange oil with a carrier oil like almond or even olive.  It&#039;s good to experiment with the amount you put in the carrier since oils tend to vary in strength.  Or if you use a humidifier with a receptacle for inhalants, you can put a few drops of straight oil in there.  That&#039;s what we do for orange or rosemary (for breathing).  I like that best, really.</description>
