I’ve had asthma and allergies my whole life.  When I was little, I spent a lot of summer days in my room where my parents had installed a window air conditioner; true, I was the only kid on the block with an air conditioned bedroom, but asthma is no treat and the HealthPro Plus wasn’t invented yet.  I still spent many days wheezing, using inhalers, and making my parents worry about my health.  But I eventually outgrew it–or so I thought.

An alternative health practitioner I was seeing suspected I still had asthma; turns out she was right.  By measuring how much air I was able to blow out of my lungs, we could tell it was definitely still an issue even though I don’t wheeze anymore.  I’ve tried everything to catch my breath, and I have found temporary relief, but the biggest difference I’ve noticed has been over my last two months of using the HealthPro Plus from IQAir.  This air purifier is different than anything you’ll find in the home appliance aisle of the average department store.  In a nutshell, that’s because IQAir knows how to remove the tiniest of particles from the air, whereas the average air purifier lets a scary amount pass through its systems untrapped.

So how has my experience been with the HealthPro Plus?  I can breathe.  All night.  I’ve always had sleeping problems, and I’ve found that’s mostly attributed to the asthma.  If you can’t breathe, you can’t sleep deeply.  I’ve been sleeping much better the last couple of months and often awake in the morning never remembering rolling over in my sleep.  That’s unheard of for me.  And the motor is quiet, so my  husband sleeps peacefully too.  In fact, we both notice a big difference in the air quality.

Overall, I can’t say enough about the HealthPro Plus.  If you or anyone in your family has allergies or asthma, or if you have concerns about the air quality in your home, purchasing one of these units will be an investment in the health of everyone in the house.  I personally have experienced a dramatic difference in my breathing.  Today is rainy and humid–normally a day of heavy rain which follows a dry spell makes breathing difficult as pollens are pushed to the ground, filling thick, damp air.  But today I have a miracle box in my living room.  Today I’m breathing.
