I found out that they have a Whole Deals page where there’s tons of great tips. That’s such a great idea. They invite users to add their tips!
Whole Food is a very good natural food store. Wish there were more locations in my area!
Their Seared Beef Salad with Fresh Basil Pesto and Arugula recipe sounds absolutely delicious! Something I’m definitely going to want to try VERY soon.

The no cook section is great for this hot summer.
I like that they don’t carry meat from animals that have had antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products in their food. I’d like to eat more food like that.

I am STILL trying to score a whole foods gift card to spoil myself!!! But, I DID see something interesting on their site….. mainly the “fit kids” venue…. I had heard that gluten allergies could exacerbate an existing problem…. (my daughter has autism). and, while I have not witnessed any “miracles”…. I have noticed an improvement in her behavior since I have made an effort to minimize gluten in our diets…. nutrition is an interesting subject… I am glad that Whole Foods has taken an interest in it….. time to get our kids off of their lazy playstation butts and kick them outside into the sunshine where they belong!
LEARNED they have pizza and pasta make your own kits.
I saw the FDA gave the all clear on peppers, that was news to me.
the fact that Whole foods strives to offer the highest quality, least processed, most flavorful and naturally preserved foods means a lot of me since that is what I try to provide for my family.
Great contest, thank you I would love to win this gift card.
I shared a link on my blog in this post:

I shop at Whole Foods and wsas not aware of their Value Tours until I read it on their site. I wonder why it isn’t promoted somewhere visible in their stores. Thank you for another great giveaway.
I learned the contact info for the National Grocery Coordinator for Whole Foods Market! Don’t think I won’t be sending information on our products.
I added this giveaway to our “Free Stuff” page (http://www.formykidsonline.com/free_stuff.htm).

I learned that the current salmonella problem with jalapenos does not apply to American grown peppers. Thanks for the chance to win.
I’m glad that the Whole Food Blog addressed and set the record straight about not selling foods that contain MSG in their stores.
I , too, was fascinated by the MSG- myths and misconceptions post. I never knew about “umami” being the fifth “taste” before. Thanks.
I learned the differences between “natural” & “organic”!
I liked the section on price comparisons. The biggest difficulty with natural/organic is the higher prices, so this was very helpful.
Great food and I like many items.
The value tours are cool.
learned they won a price comparison
neat site
Thanks for the website. They’re opening a Whole Foods around the corner. Love it. This website is just full of interesting facts and yummy recipes.
I loved their huge selection of vegan recipes
I really like the recipes under “No Cook Meal Solutions.” These seem so easy and tasty and fresh. The preparation will not rely on the use of gas or electric. Very refreshing recipes for the summer months.
i was definitely interested in the products for kids. my family is always trying to get our extremely persnickety 4 year old to eat healthier and natural.
I never heard of any of those myths and misconceptions. It was quite an interesting post to read.
Thanks for the fun giveaway!!

I liked the story on Myths and Misconceptions: MSG. It was a nice summary on the component and why it is added to some foods and that it isn’t a “hidden” componet at Whole Foods.
I loved the recipe section. I always need help with ideas in preparing healthy meals.
I learned that Whole Foods HAS a blog. I follow them on twitter, but never visited their regular blog. Am checking out their kids’ program when I finish this entry.
