This is a tough review to write. That’s because I have so much to share with you, and I don’t know where to start: The hip organic clothing line or the amazing cause behind it all. The whole purpose behind Wildlife Works is far from average. They are the first business in the entire world to build their brand for the main purpose of wildlife conservation. When I say I’m floored with what they’ve accomplished, I’m not kidding. Wildlife Works is responsible for protecting wilderness habitats, creating jobs, and building schools in areas that have agreed to share their land with the wildlife. They’ve even created an 80,000 acre wildlife sanctuary in Kenya; right next door is an Eco-factory they built that employs locals and produces some of their products. When you buy their clothing, you support their valiant efforts.
So what about that clothing? It’s not only all organic and made of things like natural soy and cotton, it’s so stylish. One thing I’ve noticed (and according to your comments, you have too) children’s clothing is hard to find when it comes to organic. Babies? Yes. Adults? You bet. Kids? Nope. But Wildlife Works has a line of clothing for all ages.
I’ve been wearing a classic tee from Wildlife Works that I’m – well, wild about. It’s made of an organic soy/cotton blend, and the cut is totally unique. The puffed sleeves and longer fitted length actually looks good enough to put with some of my skirts. The design is inspired by the natural habitat of their Kenyan sanctuary; Wildlife Works boasts a whole line of these habitat-inspired designs. Comfy, dressy, and buying one helps protect that precious wildlife.

I really love the fact that it is eco-friendly and animal conscious. They also have numerous wildlife projects around the world. I was very pleased to see they did something for the Canadian Seals!
i really love the christine dress..and love the ideals of this website. There is no reason we cannot use natural materials to make clothes and support the environment in the process.
I LIKED THE INFANT LONGSLEEVE ROMPER POLAR BEAR.
i;m in
I like the Zebra Inspired Perfect T and the Safari Spa Kit.
I will be interested to see what a for-profit business like this one can accomplish for wildlife, and I’ll be watching especially to see if their plan in my province (support for the Great Bear Rainforest) works out. I appreciate that they use organic cotton, taking into account wildlife beyond their own projects.
Through their “Consumer Powered Conservation” Wildlife Works has opened a key migration corridor for endangered elephants, cheetahs, wild dogs, zebras and 43 other large mammal species in Kenya, Africa, at their Rukinga Wildlife Sanctuary.
I love what they stand for As a person who has been involved in animal rescue for more then 20 years it is great to see a clothing company actively involved in helping save the animals and their habitate. I also appreciate the fact that they have provided jobs to the local people and have helped save the animals by reeducating th people that animals are an assat not something to be distroyed

There’s a few things I found out. This company uses products that are animal-free, eco-friendly, and the company works towards conservation and sustainable practices.
I love their yoga clothes–they look so comfortable. And I love that whatever cloth isn’t manufactured domestically from organic cotton comes from surplus from other textile mills–what a great way to reduce waste. It looks like an amazing company.
Because I love all things animal print anyway, I adore the Zebra Print Perfect T Dress. Simple yet bold at the same time. I also like the idea that each purchase helps endangered animals.
I was impressed by the quality of this organizations website. Not to mention the extensive selection of products. I think I will be buying my future yoga wear there! I love all the information that the site provides. I could feel really good purchasing from this site. I hope more companies follow suit.
I LOVE THAT THEY HELP ANIMALS SND THE POOR PEOPLE
I would pick the safari spa kit
I like the puff sleeve v-neck the best, although all their items are very cute. I like the slogan “Conservation looks good on you.” as well as the section on how people can get involved (volunteering, etc). Wildlife Works not only “talks the talk, but walks the walk” on environmentally friendly and ecologically-aware business! Bravo!
It is wonderful that they are helping the animals and I love the clothing line.
“With your help we protect our 80,000 acre Rukinga Wildlife Sanctuary in Africa and provide jobs for rural people so they can afford to let the wildlife live.”
I LOVE elephants, have been enchanted with them since I was very young, and am so happy when companies like this can help with the cause. Also, my DH is from Africa and he tells me wonderful stories of the wildlife sanctuaries and game preserves there where he has gotten “up close and personal” with elephants (I’m so jealous!).
The clothes are wonderful! My favorites, of course, would be the Sheer Elephant Puff Sleeve and Sheer Elephant Tank but the Judy dress is cute and I also like the Kenyan Sisal Basket bag.
Thanks for the chance to win your great giveaway!
I’m also a subscriber!
I love that their green ideals go beyond protecting wildlife; they desire to enrich human life by creating jobs and building schools! How amazing to see a company with that level of social consciousness!
Good on ya, Wildlife Works!
CanCan (Mom Most Traveled)s last blog post..Snapshots from Laos
My favorite item was the lavender Wrap Dress with the tree on it. Very pretty
UNIQUE AND PRETTY
I think that their mission is awesome: As we grow, our promise to customers will remain true: every product purchased from Wildlife Works helps us fill the future with magnificent creatures.
We added this giveaway to our “Free Stuff” page at: http://www.ForMyKidsOnline.com/free_stuff.htm
Thank you for having this contest. I really appreciate it.
I am pleased to see that they support major efforts in British Columbia. So often we think of conservation as something that needs to be done in places like South America, Asia, or Africa. It is wonderful to see someone raising visibility about the need to preserve North American environments.
What a beautiful earthy site! I love the Omega owl tee in pink for girls!

The Judy dress is great
That is a lovely top.
I love companies like this! Not only do they offer a great product, they offer peace of mind in knowing that your purchase goes towards a good cause – and they don’t just say “we help animals,” or “part of the proceeds go towards xxx” (without telling you exactly what they’re doing, or how much they donate) – they outline exactly what their mission is, then give you examples of how they’ve made a difference. For example the 80,000-acre Rukinga Wildlife Sanctuary – helping not only the animals, but making a difference in the community through that help! I also really liked that they outlined all their projects (current and future). Great giveaway and a wonderful company, thank you.

I love that they mix the product pictures with pictures of animals. They are also educating people in Africa that animals are not just a food source. Wow – amazing!! You can tell they are doing and not just talking about it.
I really LOVED the Tree Shadow Cap Sleeve Tee.
I am pleased to find a company that works hard to benefit and protect wildlife, and is willing share their profits with the communities that help preserve our wildlife. I also like the fact that their website lists all their projects, now and in the future. I am happy to see that they are educating people in Africa that the animals there are not just a food source. God bless them in their noble efforts
I liked the Zebra Shadow Dress.
Wildlife Works is truly a cool company. After reading your review of them I couldn’t wait to hit the pages of their website. I went right to their mission statement so I could find out all that I could about them. Their radical new approach Consumer Powered Conservation is all about protecting wilderness habitats, creating jobs, building schools and providing other economic benefits for those people who share their land and resources with wildlife. I am so glad they have received a tremendous amount of support for this very significant cause. By purchasing a a Wildlife Works product, you’re joining their conservation revolution. You’ll be wearing the brand that says you won’t sit quietly by while the last wild things in the last wild places disappear forever. This is amazing! It takes a lot to impress me, and I was pretty blown away by this company and what they have accomplished!
I think your Black Label line has some really cute designs, especially the Justine Shirt and the Christine Dress. I’m a big fan of organic cotton yarn and clothing and it is nice to see your line. I’m also always interested in discovering new environmentally minded resources/ideas/products to share with others (I publish a monthly newsletter for a small women’s organization).
The Nanny Bags are super cute!

Honestly, first thing I did was to check out the accessories, then the shoes. Eventually I read the serious stuff, including the impressive Mission Statement, based on their idea of Consumer Powered Conservation. It would be a better world if we all, celebrity role models as well as everyday consumers, were better informed and made choices based on our responsibility to life on our planet earth. Some sections of the site need to be updated (Latest News December 10, 2007!). I like the concept, since we are not going to stop being consumers, the least we can do is consume thoughtfully.
I like the Donkey Proverb T’s.
Customizable Open Circle Charm with both my sons names on it!
