Yummy Brussels for Sprouts in no Thyme2 tbsp. olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced20 brussel sprouts1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 lemon, juiced and zested1/2 tsp. dried thyme1/4 tsp. sea saltfresh cracked pepper, to taste3 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced(garnish)Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat and add garlic. Let cook 1 minute, being careful not to let it burn. Next add brussel sprouts and let cook until slightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes. Deglaze pan with broth, also adding lemon juice, zest, dried thyme, sea salt and pepper. Stir to combine flavors, cover and let simmer another 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.Prep: 10 minutesCook: 15 minutesServes: 4 to 6
